Sector-wide Information is Needed – Take the Survey!
Having legal challenges now? Are you worried about the cost of legal risks for your organization in the future?
The capacity to defend fee-simple lands and conservation agreements is a long-held priority of the land conservation sector. Consequently, the Centre for Land Conservation is exploring with land conservation organizations the potential for a national conservation insurance program. If established, the program would cover expenses related to legal actions your organization may take to defend your lands in fee-simple ownership and conservation agreements. The information you provide will help us understand sector-wide legal defence needs.
We would welcome completion of the survey by your organization by January 31st. Your participation is greatly appreciated.
Completing the survey
The national conservation insurance survey is housed within the Centre for Land Conservation’s program portal. To participate, follow these steps:
